Finance Principal

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Finance Principal role on behalf of our client, an energy company in the UAE. 

Required Experience: 

• Significant experience in M&A, investment analysis, ideally within LNG and energy infrastructure

• Strong track record supporting transactions across acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, including valuation and financial due diligence 

• Deep understanding of valuation methodologies (including WACC, terminal value, and long-term cash flow modelling) 

• Proven ability to assess financial risks, challenge assumptions, and provide independent, decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders 

• Familiarity with deal structuring, financing strategies, and capital allocation frameworks 

• Experience overseeing financial planning, reporting, and performance management within asset-heavy portfolios
