Associate General Counsel, Investment

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Associate General Counsel, Investment on behalf of our client, a leading Energy company, situated in the UAE.  You must be at least 12yrs+ PQE (trained & qualified with an international law firm). Candidates at Counsel / Junior Partner level or with strong In-house experience is preferred. You must have strong International M&A / Deal Transactions experience. Public and Private M&A experience is preferred.
