Exploitation Manager

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for an Exploitation Manager on behalf of our client, an E&P Operator based in South-East Asia. 

This role is a Permanent position, based full time in the clients office. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee geoscience, petrophysical and reservoir engineering activities to optimise field development plan and recovery 

• Ensure maintained and updated static and dynamic models of the assets and integration with production planning, opportunity evaluation and drilling/workover/intervention executions 

• Lead the technical and commercial evaluation of growth plan within the region including infill drilling, near-field exploration and development opportunities. Present the plan and proposal to the Investment Committee and Board as required 

• Developing annual and long-term plans and life-of-field strategies for asset exploitation to maximise asset value; maximising reservoir delivery capacity; managing relationship with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Expertise in Subsurface with experiences and exposure across drilling, well intervention and production team 

• Experience in a leadership position in subsurface or asset management
