Wellsite Performance Engineer

WeConnect Energy are currently working with an International E&P Operator helping to recruit for a Wellsite Performance Engineer. This position encompasses both offshore and onshore abandonment operations, with the incumbent rotating between two platforms, a mobile rig, and office locations.

- Serve as the Performance Engineer, providing technical and engineering support for all abandonment activities at the wellsite.

- Collaborate closely with the Drilling Supervisor, assisting with operational execution and deputising as required to maintain safe and efficient operations.

- Ensure performance monitoring, data collection, and implementation of best practices throughout the campaign.

- Support the Operations Engineer and Wells Superintendent in preparing comprehensive end-of-well reports and capturing key operational learnings.

- Contribute to performance reviews, process improvement initiatives, and the planning of future abandonment activities.

- Provide engineering input to ensure consistency and quality across both offshore and onshore phases.
