WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Manager Strategy and Market Intelligence opportunity for our client, an energy company in the UAE.
Purpose
Drive strategic insights, monitor market and competitor trends, and evaluate new business opportunities within the chemicals sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and refinement of business strategy.
- Lead strategic projects, providing analysis and recommendations.
- Track industry dynamics, competitor moves, and market trends.
- Deliver concise insights and reports to senior management.
- Assess early-stage investment opportunities and advise on potential fit.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, or business development for chemicals.
- Previous experience with an International Oil Company (IOC) or National Oil Company (NOC).
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
