Andrew joined the predecessor of WeConnect Energy (Subsurface Global) in 2012 to set up the Drilling & Wells division within the company. He quickly established a strong reputation in the market for his determination and dedication, establishing the sister brand of SSG Drilling and growing the business across the UK, UAE and Kurdistan, Iraq. In his role as Client Development Lead, Andrew manages our existing accounts within our Upstream Oil & Gas Division, providing support across the Drilling, Wells and Subsurface disciplines. Originally from Northern Ireland, Andrew moved to Edinburgh in 2005 to attend University and holds an Honours degree in Business Management from QMU. Outside of work Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and supporting Liverpool Football Club.

Peter is WeConnect Energy's Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for client relationships and growth across our international operations. Over the last decade, Peter has developed a global network of clients, consultants and candidates, and he is dedicated to the provision of our tailored recruitment solutions to the energy industry. Peter holds an MA (Hons) Degree from The University of Edinburgh and is an active member of the Geoscience Energy Society of Great Britain (GESGB) and The Scottish Energy Forum.

Dan joined the WeConnect Energy leadership team at the start of 2024, taking on the role of Managing Director. He has always been interested in the power industry, which led him to study Engineering at Loughborough University. Dan started his recruitment career in London, setting up a conventional power desk for a start-up energy-focused recruitment consultancy. In 2012, he relocated to Western Australia, where he worked for well-established multinational organisations focusing on the oil and gas industry. In 2016, Dan moved to Dubai to be closer to home and began his role as Operations Director, focused on Power, Renewables, and Alternative Energy sectors across the Middle East region. He held this position for 8 years before joining WeConnect Energy's UAE office.

Andrew is an experienced Commercial Consultant, specialising in Commercial, Strategy, Portfolio, Business Development & Executive Search. He became a member of WeConnect Energy' predecessor (Subsurface Global) in 2021, with the goal of strengthening and expanding our Corporate Division. His collaborative approach and industry insights make him a valuable asset in shaping WeConnect Energy's journey, actively contributing to the Corporate Divisions' growth over the last two years. Andrew's academic background includes an MA (Hons) in International Business Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Bryce is a dynamic professional who joined WeConnect Energy's (formerly Subsurface Global) Commercial team in early 2023, leading Legal, Economics, and Corporate Affairs. With a Business and Human Resources background from Stirling University, Bryce combines strategic acumen with interpersonal finesse. At WeConnect Energy, Bryce nurtures global Oil & Gas connections, fostering knowledge exchange. He exceeds expectations, driven by his commitment to excellence and building meaningful relationships. Bryce's rugby background reflects his teamwork spirit. He actively contributes to an Edinburgh rugby team – a team that amusingly boasts sponsorship from none other than WeConnect Energy. Beyond his role, Bryce genuinely cares to grasp client and candidate needs for optimal outcomes. His dedication to understanding underlines his role his pivotal role in building effective teams for operators in the Oil & Gas sector, while also assisting individuals in finding their next best opportunity.

Seif-Allah joined the WeConnect Energy team in December 2024, taking on the role of New Business Development Manager for Low Carbon & Renewables sector in Dubai. Seif has 6 years of experience in business development, management, and recruitment in various industries such as oil and gas, aerospace and IT. He has worked for engineering consulting companies in France, the US and Qatar and holds a Masters degree in Business Management. Outside of work, Seif is passionate about football and sports in general, and loves to talk about travel, good food, music and cinema.
